Barnwood Walls

Our pallet wood walls are built with 100% reclaimed wood. We constantly hear that the process sounds easy: "All you do is hang pallet wood on the wall." So, we decided to give a breakdown of what exactly goes into a pallet wood wall. This is actually a large job that has a very intense process in order to get the beautiful natural reclaimed wood outcome you can see that we exemplify.

The process starts with tracking down the pallet wood and or barnwood (depending on the wall you choose), once the wood has been reclaimed, we start with disassembling the pallets. After the pallets are disassembled we sand, joint and per customers request pull nails out (this depends on how rustic you want the wall to look). Then it’s off to be sorted out and ready for delivery. Once we arrive onsite, the extremely tedious installation process starts.

The installation process starts with figuring out exactly where each piece of wood fits perfect to give off the reclaimed look that our customers are looking for. When the wall is complete we sand down the wood one more time and finish the wall with a clear coat to give the professional shine that you see and this also helps to preserve the wood.
